  • How Does Rip & Ship Work?

    Simple. You buy packs, I rip them live on stream and then ship you the contents based on your preference. Select "Save the Bulk" if you want all cards, "Reverses & Up" to only save all Holo cards, and "Just the Hits" to save all arts, exs, and big money cards. Then, I suggest you let me "build you a bag" of cards until you have enough to justify shipping costs - and you MUST pay shipping before I will ship you out!

  • How do I pay for shipping?

    Select "Pay Later" until you have a good bundle of cards to ship out. Then, you can either choose to buy shipping from the shop, or add a shipping option to your next order.

    All orders of 8 cards or less - including Canada & Mexico - can be shipped in a plain white envelop for $2.00 (purchased in the shop).

    Domestic orders can pay $6.00 for tracking. International orders - see below.

  • I Won a Giveaway! How do I get my cards?

    Congratulations! If you won a giveaway, then we've already talked in stream! You need to do two things now: Pay for shipping here in the shop (I suggest the $2.00 domestic option), and then send me your address.

    If you want me to hold onto your cards and "build a bag", I am happy to do that too! Maybe you'll want to buy something from the shop... :)

  • Do you offer any discounts?

    I offer a discount for anyone paying me directly through Venmo. You can email me at rarerhinogaming@gmail.com and ask about this. I also offer a one-time Free Domestic Shipping discount for anyone who is a paid Channel Member on the Rare Rhino Gaming YouTube Channel - check it out for yourself!

  • What About International Orders?

    International Shipping with tracking & insurance is possible if the buyer assumes 100% of the cost to ship.

    This includes all postage, insurance, fees, and any tariffs or other surcharges. Keep in mind these charges may be assessed by your carrier upon receipt of your package.

    Buyer also assumes any risk of packages being lost or damaged.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    No, all purchases are final. However, feel free to email me if you have a concern and I will see what I can do.

  • My order is lost - now what?

    I will make every effort to ship things correctly and safely, and I will provide you a tracking number if you pay for one. However, I cannot help it shipments get lost, damaged, or stolen. Please reach out if this happens and I will see if there is anything more I can do to help.

  • Do you have more than what's in the shop?

    YES! Please reach out if you have specific cards you are looking for, and maybe we can make a deal.

  • Will you offer any merch?

    Maybe, if there's a demand for it. What would you want to see?
